First of all, I am always just a phone call away for my clients, but I have built a team of professionals to assist my buyers and sellers thru the process without losing my touch in every transaction. To assure my clients receive the best possible service in my absence, I have assembled a team of experienced and knowledgeable agents.

Liz Hall – Liz always knew she wanted to be a Realtor, and since 2010 she has been licensed to sell, actively growing both her business and herself. With Liz, you aren’t getting average service; she is passionate about helping and educating her clients, buyers and sellers, with the heart of a teacher. Breaking down the complexity of the deal in simple steps is her specialty.

Erin Smeltz – Erin started in the real estate industry right after graduating college working for a settlement company and later joined a real estate team as a transaction manager. Now she has transitioned to our team to continue her successful career as a Realtor. With a passion for service, Erin is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a member of the Wendy Stauffer Team, she carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Nick Stauffer – Nick is a full time high school physics teacher as well as a detail-oriented realtor with a track record of successfully closing deals for his valued clients. With a knack for understanding client needs and a genuine commitment to personalized service, Nick is a reliable partner in any real estate journey. Clients can trust him to bring dedication and expertise to their home-buying experience.

Carrie Gingrich – Carrie had a non-traditional entry into real estate, as she only started after raising her twins for 8 years.  Carrie is now a full-time real estate agent, and has enjoyed helping her clients through the ups and downs of trying to buy and sell homes. Carrie has always been committed to service, and is there for you in all steps of your real estate process, including after the transaction is done.  As a member of the Wendy Stauffer Team, Carrie looks forward to the expansion of her career and learning from a team run on high values and character.  

Travis Stauffer – Travis is a full time realtor (and my husband!). Travis is a mechanical engineer by trade, so he adds the detail element of my team. He keeps your transaction moving smoothly thru the process with connections to inspectors, movers, handymen. Travis is also a drone operator to take drone footage of your home – so you can get the shots customers love.
